1. Company Information Babycabs provides private transportation services (Taxi/VTC) equipped with child and baby car seats in Paris and surrounding areas. By booking a ride with Babycabs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Booking and Confirmation All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking channels. A booking is confirmed only once the client receives a confirmation message (email or SMS). Clients must provide accurate information, including: Pick-up and drop-off address Date and time of travel Number of passengers Child’s age (and preferably weight) to ensure the appropriate car seat is provided Babycabs is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. 3. Child Car Seats Babycabs provides approved child and baby car seats adapted to the child’s age and size, based on the information provided at booking. Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for: Confirming the child’s details are accurate Approving the installation before departure Drivers will ensure proper installation; however, the final responsibility for the child remains with the accompanying adult. 4. Pricing and Payment Prices are confirmed at the time of booking or calculated according to the agreed fare structure. Additional charges may apply for: Waiting time beyond the included period Extra stops Significant itinerary changes Payment methods accepted will be specified at booking. 5. Waiting Time For airport and train station pickups, a complimentary waiting time may be included (as specified at booking). Additional waiting time may be charged. 6. Cancellations and Modifications Cancellation policies will be specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. 7. Passenger Conduct Passengers must: Wear seat belts at all times Ensure children remain properly secured Respect the vehicle and driver Babycabs reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior. 8. Liability Babycabs is insured in accordance with applicable transportation regulations. The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. 9. Data Protection Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris.
